A few words from Jim...
Jim Goddard, Trust & Estate Practitioner (TEP) and Director of EPS.
I started in Will writing 26 years ago as I had a vision of people knocking on my door on a cold and stormy night asking me to come and draft a Will for an elderly relative who was about to pass away.
As a former Police Officer I have always been keen to help people, and whilst my vision maybe have been a little dramatic, myself and my team have one thing in mind – to help people.
We are passionate about the law and helping people access friendly, prompt and affordable legal services, to date we’ve helped thousands of people
Our small team of dedicated estate planning staff have vast experience in assisting clients of all ages, and from all walks of life in providing ‘solutions for all situations’.
Whether it be a simple Will, inheritance tax planning, complicated finances, second marriages, children from former relationships, vulnerable beneficiaries to name but a few, EPS can provide you with the ideal Will solution for you.
EPS now chose to work with a network of financial advisers who visit their clients to advise and record their instructions. EPS no longer deals directly with the public but we can refer you to a qualified individual who can help.
